    If you’re unsure, your consultation and walkthrough will ensure you’re placed in the appropriate service.

  • Pricing is based on the size and condition of your space, as well as the level of service selected. Final scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed during your walkthrough to ensure accuracy and alignment.

  • Upon arrival, a brief walkthrough is conducted to assess your space, confirm the selected service, and identify any necessary adjustments. This ensures your service is executed efficiently and to HAUS standards.

  • Yes. If your space requires additional time or a higher level of care than initially selected, your service may be upgraded or adjusted before work begins. You will always be informed prior to any changes.

  • Add-ons are optional enhancements designed to personalize your service. While not required, they are recommended for spaces needing targeted attention such as organization, buildup removal, or detailed finishes.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    You are welcome to be present, but it is not required. As long as access is provided and expectations are clearly communicated, your service can be completed independently.

  • HAUS reserves the right to adjust or reschedule services that exceed the scope of the selected tier. In these cases, you will be offered an upgraded service or a revised plan to properly care for your space.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice. Late cancellations or same-day changes may result in a fee. This ensures availability for all clients and protects reserved service time.

  • Due to the time reserved and preparation required for each service, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if a service cannot be completed as planned, a resolution will be provided, which may include rescheduling or service adjustment.

  • We recommend removing personal or sensitive items and ensuring access to all areas included in your booking. Your space does not need to be pre-cleaned—your service is designed to handle that.

  • Yes. HAUS arrives fully equipped with professional-grade tools and products to complete your service at the highest standard.

  • HAUS is not a standard cleaning service. Each experience is designed with structure, intention, and longevity in mind—creating spaces that not only look refined, but function effortlessly over time.
